Shipping, sizes, and care
If the answer is not here, use the form — we would rather measure a garment for you than guess.
How long does shipping take?
Orders leave Lisbon within two working days. Europe arrives in 3–5 days, North America in 5–8. Delivery is free over $150; otherwise a flat $12.
What is your return policy?
Unworn pieces with tags attached can come back within thirty days. We email a prepaid label. Sale items follow the same window.
How should I choose a size?
Each product page lists the garment’s own measurements and the model’s height and size. If you are between sizes, write to us with your usual size and height — we reply within a working day.
Do you offer repairs?
Yes. Loose buttons, split seams, and tired hems come back to the studio at no cost for the life of the garment. We usually turn repairs around in two weeks.
How do I care for wool and cupro?
Wool coats and blazers: steam and brush, dry clean only when needed. Cupro and cotton: cold delicate wash, hang to dry. Avoid the tumble dryer.
